Michelle has been a wonderful addition as our Office Manager. She brings 10+ years of experience and works very hard to take care of everyone. She has a degree in Communications with a business emphasis, is a Notary Public, has many years of Quickbooks certifications, and takes the time to continue learning. Michelle is efficient, dedicated, caring and always has a smile.
Dockery Stevie
Stevie is one of our Paralegals who holds a BS in Business Administration, an AS in Accounting and is one of our Notary Public’s at the office. She has great instincts for assessing client needs and compassionately assisting clients with sensitive matters. Stevie is a excellence case manager, who clearly communications to our legal team and clients. She is a team player with strong verbal communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. Stevie is passionate about helping our clients with Estate Planning, Probate, Surrogacy, and Personal Injury matters.
Melendez Alex
Alex Melendez has had a longstanding career within the paralegal profession, with over 10 years of experience. He is also a veteran, having served in the United States Army within the Judge Advocates General Corps. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Utah State University in 2019. He is a family man with many interests like auto mechanic DIY and continuing his education.
Bianucci Ty
Ty is an Associate Attorney, joining our firm after graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned his undergraduate degree in Journalism from Utah Valley University. A Salt Lake Valley native, Ty takes pride in having covered the local community as a reporter for KSL — an experience that continues to inform his approach to legal advocacy. Outside the office, Ty enjoys watching the San Francisco Giants, playing tennis, and throwing the ball to his dog, Bruce.
